Before submitting a ticket

1. Check and make sure your config/settings.php is correct
   • Make sure all the values are in proper single quotes '
   • Make sure all lines end in a comma for example: 'server_key' => 'CHANGETHISPLZ', <-- Note the comma at the end
2. Enable debug mode by opening your config/constants.php and setting DEBUG --> true
3. Be sure to check the most recent lines from your logs which are located in data/logs for any errors you may be able to fix yourself
